SOLD - FENDER STRATOCASTER HARDTAIL 1976 USA This is a refinished and slightly modified hardtail 1976 USA Strat, 1 owner from new. Original pickups were replaced with the far superior Bare Knuckle Mother's Milk ones; the body has been refinished in it's original Natural colour professionally by Simms Custom Shop. The neck is nice, the weight is good ie not too heavy, not too light; non original case; originally fitted with black scratchplate that I hated so I changed it and didn't keep the old one; original Fender tuners, nut, bridge & saddles; pro refret 2001; there are no issues - it plays beautifully. There are a few dings and some play wear on the headstock & neck but nothing that changes it's playability. It's been gigged over the years but not heavily.
