Terms and Conditions
1) All your normal statutory rights apply.
2) Payment will be taken from your card just before the item/s are shipped to you and we will contact you immediatly if there has been any problems with the placement of your order.
3) Payment will only be refunded if the item/s have not already left us or if the item/s are of faulty manufacture and a replacement cannot be obtained.
4) Transit damages must be reported within 2 working days of receipt of goods or we will be unable to exchange the item. (ToneZone Music always view and check items thoroughly before they leave the shop so that goods leave here in the best condition.)
